Sales Assessment


The sales assessment has a simple set of  questions that help you to assess seven key sales competencies, based on the work of Dr. Jon Warner. This 360 sales assessment tool will give you feedback from others,  including your customers. The sales assessment looks at your selling skills, behaviors and knowledge.  The seven competencies will help you to get a snapshot of your overall selling effectiveness.

For each competency there is a set questions that measure your selling effectiveness.

It’s called a 360 assessment since you also get feedback from observers, which could be a sales coach, manager, co-worker, friend or key clients.  They complete a similar questionnaire.   Even though you may know yourself very well, the observations of others about your skills or behaviors will reveal data that may have never have occurred to you by using only your own point of view. The Assessment takes approximately 10 minutes to complete.
